A Bit About Me.I am a learning experience designer who is naturally creative and curious. I’ve been practicing instructional design since 2014. I have my Master’s in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University. I have experience creating eLearning, videos, job aids, infographics, ILT, V-ILT, assessments, program evaluations, etc. on various topics – culture and values, plastics technology, sales training, medical assistant role-based training, software training such as SAP and eCW.
To be successful, I rely on project management, my relationship-building skills, and my learner-first philosophy. When it comes to project management, I set a schedule and expectations upfront to keep the project on track. I build relationships with stakeholders by listening to the need, being inclusive of their ideas, and building trust over time. I ensure learning solutions are designed with the learner in mind and advocate on their behalf as needed. I am one of those people who can honestly say I love what I do! |
